1. Keep your hands by your chin as you quickly lower your
level by bending your knees. Keep the inner angle of the
knee greater than or equal to 90 degrees.
2. Extend your knees to return to the initial position.
PULL BACK
1. Keeping your lead foot in place, take a step back on the
rear foot.
2. Lean your weight backward to avoid incoming punches.
3. Once punches are cleared, step the rear foot back into
your starting position.
PIVOT 180 DEGREES
Push off your rear foot to generate forward momentum,
which you will redirect as you pivot on the ball of your lead
foot to change the direction you are facing by 180 degrees.
