OBJECTIVE:

This procedure defines the methodology for:

▪ Project identification and assessment
▪ Project preparation, evaluation, and approval
▪ Project implementation and management
▪ Project hand-over and take-over process and
▪ Preparing necessary documentations for newly implemented project

SCOPE OF THE DOCUMENT:

This procedure is applicable to all Project related activities dealt by BOS Storage
