Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts DI - 85
Check if the result is ok? IN
Yes>go to Step 8.
NO>replace the pre-heater DI
8. Check the intake manifold pressure sensor and its relevant circuit.
a. Check the inlet manifold pressure sensor and its relevant circuit. (refer to “Chapter DI Diagnosis-Diagnosis EG
of Engine Electric Control Fault-Fault of inlet manifold pressure/temperature sensor”)
Check if the result is ok? TR
Yes>go to Step 9.
No>check and repair relevant fault or replace the inlet manifold pressure sensor or its relevant harness. AX
9. Check the atmospheric pressure sensor and its relevant circuit.
a. Check the barometric pressure sensor and its relevant circuit. (refer to Chapter DI diagnosis- engine FR
electronic control fault diagnosis–barometric pressure sensor failure)
Check if the result is ok? ST
Yes>go to Step 10.
No>check and repair relevant fault or replace the atmospheric pressure sensor or its relevant harness. BR
10. Check the injector and circuit
a. Check the injector (refer to Chapter DI diagnosis- engine electronic control fault diagnosis–injector circuit BW
failure)
Check if the result is ok? EL
Yes>go to Step 11.
NO> check and repair relevant failure or replace the injector or harness.
11. Replace and check ECM
a. Replace ECM.
b. Check if the failure is eliminated.
