Heater and AC-Refrigerant oil
(f). Service tank (or compressed air
container) should be placed vertically
(because the refrigerant will be charged
by gas state); open the low pressure
valve of pressure meter to fill in
refrigerant continuously. High pressure
valve is absolutely not allowed to be
opened when the compressor runs,
otherwise the refrigerant will be charged
reversely, and the service tank will be
damaged easily.
(g). Fill in refrigerant according to the specified
quantity of AC system. Observe the
high/low pressure value of pressure meter
and the flowing state of refrigerant
(transparent, with bubble or turbid), if there
is no specified filling quantity, to estimate
the time to stop filling.
Standard value: 500±50g
You should set the basic conditions if the filling
quantity needs to be estimated by yourself:
· Water temperature of radiator:
keeping at a stable state
· AC switch: ON
· Thermostat: regulate the temperature
of intake air of inside circulation to
25-30℃
· Fan switch: HI position
· Switch of inside/outside circulation:
inside circulation
· Door: all opened
51
· Window: all opened
· Estimated filling quantity of
refrigerant
(h). Turn the AC switch to OFF when the
above mentioned filling process is
finished; and turn AC switch to ON
position and make judgment when it
comes back to balance pressure state.
The state with bubbles: there will be bubbles
generated when it is gaseous and liquid
refrigerant mixed.
Transparent state: it will be transparent state
when the refrigerant is only liquid.
Turbid state: it will be displayed a thin layer of
milk white when oil is separated from
refrigerant.
Turbid state with bubbles: it will be displayed a
thin layer of milk white with bubbles when
gaseous refrigerant is mixed with separated oil.
