Heater and AC-Refrigerant oil

Filling quantity of refrigerant State of windows (about 1 minute Pressure on high pressure side
after AC is turned on)
Appropriate 1.8 ~ 2.5 MPa

Excessive > 2.5 MPa

Insufficient 1.2 MPa

(i). The states of above windows are general conditions seen by naked eyes; sometime it is
difficult to judge the state of window because of the environmental conditions, so the
pressure changes of high pressure side should be checked at the same time (that is excessive
filling will cause the pressure increases sharply).
(j). Notes the state changes of refrigerant inside of window and the pressure value changes on
the pressure meter of high pressure side during refrigerant filling.
(k). Close the low pressure valve first when refrigerant filling is finished, then turn off the switch
on fast connector (if there is), and take off the fast connector of filling pipe quickly from
filling port; at the same time close the cover of charging valve in order to prevent air
leaking.
5. Run engine to normal working temperature
