Windscreen/Window glass/Rearview mirror-Side window glass

(c). Thread a fine steel wire through the clearance
between body and glass.
(d). Tie both ends of the steel wire to wooden block
or similar thing.
(e). Pull the steel wire around the glass to delete
glass sealant and glass binder.
Notes:
· Do not damage the paint or inside/outside
trimming parts when the glass is separated.
· Put one plastic pad between steel wire and
safety mat to prevent the safety mat from
scratch before the glass is disassembled.
(f). Disassemble the glass assembly by sucker.
Notes:
· Be careful and do not drop the side glass.
· Keep more binder on the body as possible 72
when the side glass is disassembled
3. Clean left side window glass
(a). Take off the adhesive tape and sealant from
side window glass by scraper.
Notes:
Do not damage the side window glass.
(b). Around clean the glass by dissoluble detergent.
Notes:
· Do not touch the surface of the glass after
cleaning.
· Clean the glass by dissoluble detergent it is a
brand new one.
4. Clean inside trimming strip of the left side
window glass
(a). Take off the adhesive tape and binder from
inside trimming strip of the glass by scraper.
Notes:
· Be careful and do not damage inside
trimming strip of the side window glass
· It is strictly not allowed to clean the outside
around of the inside trimming strip of the
glass by dissoluble detergent.
Hint:
Replace the inside trimming strip of the glass if it is
damaged or deformed.
