Body turnover/Door/Cargo box-Cargo box

Replacement

1. Disassemble the protective guard assembly of the cargo box (refer to “Chapter 77 Inner/Outer trimming
parts-Protective guard of cargo box, Replacement”)
2. Disassemble the cargo box
(a). As shown in the figure, disassemble the fixation nut
of the left side member U bolt of the cargo box.
(b). Disassemble the fixation nut of the right side member
U bolt of the cargo box.
Hint:
The steps to disassemble right side member U bolt are
same with that of left side.
(c). 1051 series and 1061 series vehicle:
Disassemble the fixation nut of pull plate.
(d). 1089 series vehicle:
Disassemble the installation nuts to fix angle steel of bed
plate and cargo box bracket.
(e). Hoist the cargo box assembly.
Notice:
· Make sure there is enough space.
· It is a must to hoist the cargo box by traveling
crane or other kind of lifting machine.
3. Assemble the cargo box
(a). Hoist and assemble the cargo box assembly
(b). 1051 series and 1061 series: 76
Assemble the pull plate of cargo box.
(c). 1089 series
Connect the fixation angle steel of bed plate of cargo
box and frame installation bracket by bolts.
(d). As shown in the figure, assemble the fixation nut of
side member U bolt of the cargo box.
Torque:
Vehicle type Torque
1051 series 70 ～ 75 N•m
1061 series 92 ～ 95 N•m
1089 series 92 ～ 95 N•m
