Body turnover/Door/Cargo box-Cargo box

(e). Assemble the fixation nut of right side member U
bolt of cargo box.
Torque:
Vehicle type Torque
1051 series 70 ～ 75 N•m
1061 series 92 ～ 95 N•m
1089 series 92 ～ 95 N•m
Hint:
The installation steps to right side member U bolt are
same with that of left side.
Notice:
· It is a must to hoist the cargo box by traveling
crane or other kind of lifting machine.
· It is a must to fasten the connection bolt between
cargo box and frame firmly after the operation,
and make sure the connection between cargo box
and frame should be reliable during running.

4. Assemble the protective guard assembly of the cargo box (refer to “Chapter 77 Inner/Outer trimming
parts-Protective guard of cargo box, Replacement”)
5. Check if the cargo box is assembled firmly and there should be no loosing phenomenon for all the parts and
components.
