Exhaust-Exhaust pipe
(c) Remove the bolts and nuts connecting exhaust muffler clamp with bracket hanger plate.

(d) Take off exhaust muffler assembly.
Notice:
When you take off the exhaust muffler, operate using appropriate tools or with aid from
others when necessary.
(e) Check exhaust muffler for excessive corrosion, cracks, and air leak, etc. When necessary,
replace.
7. Removing exhaust pipe welded
assembly
(a) Loosen the clamp connecting exhaust
pipe welded unit with exhaust
manifold.
Notice:
Exhaust pipe welded unit is hot, so do not
operate until making sure exhaust pipe has
completely cooled down.
