Rear Suspension-rear leaf spring assembly

11. Installing rear leaf spring assembly

(a) Install shackle with sleeve assembly and
shackle pin.

(b) Apply a layer of grease to leaf spring
pin.
22 Grease: 2# lithium base grease
(c) Align rear eye end of leaf spring
assembly with shackle with sleeve
assembly, and install leaf spring pin.

Notice:
When reeving leaf spring pin, align the half
slot on the pin with the locating bolt hole.

(d) Tighten leaf spring pin locating bolt.

(e) Lift up front end of leaf spring assembly
and put it into the bracket, and install rear
leaf spring pin.

When reeving leaf spring pin, align the half
slot on the pin with the locating bolt hole.
