1.5 APPLICABILITY OF THE
GUIDANCE DOCUMENT
(i) Assisting project proponents in better
defining the scope of WMP Reports; This Guidance Document shall only be applied
in Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal
Territory of Labuan within the framework of
(ii) Improving the quality of WMP Reports by the Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974
concentrating on important impacts of the (Act 127) and its subsidiary regulations. The
proposed project on wildlife and their use of this Guidance Document also shall
