1 With the first piece of rope tie an
overhand knot, leaving it loose and open.
2 Starting at the very end of the first piece
of rope, follow round fhe overhand knot

with the second piece of rope.
3 Complete the doubling of fhe overhand

knot.
4 Holding both ends and starting parts of
the rope, pull tight. Make sure as you do
so that the doubled overhand knot is

smooth and neat.
5 The finished knot.

6 Water knot tied in tape.
