Slipped Overhand Knot




                                                 If the working end is not pulled right through when
                                              making the overhand knot, a bight or loop will be left
                                                        giving a knot that can more easily be untied or

                                                             “slipped,” by pulling the short tail that has
                                                                          been left sticking out of the knot.
