                       added sugar.

               Beans


               Fresh dried beans are best, they come straight from the earth.

               Canned products can be bad news, check the label and look out for nasty ingredients that

               turn  the  original  whole  food  into  a  processed  nightmare,  including:  Cane  syrup,  salt,  high
               fructose corn syrup (really bad news), calcium chloride (firming agent), disodium EDTA that is
               used to retain color.
