FABULOUS SENSATIONAL 70th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
The Downtown Hilton Hotel was the site of the Fabulous Sensational 70th birthday celebration honoring Ofelia Stubbs. Family members and friends were on hand to help her celebrate.
