KICK-OFF RECEPTION FOR 2019 CONFERENCE
The Conference of Minority Transportation Official (COMTO) kick-off reception was held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. The reception was held at the Tampa Club and is the kick-off to the conference that will meet in Tampa July 12-16, 2019. Carla Williams is the President of COMTO Central Florida and the conference Chair.
