GUIDE FOR INTERVIEW ASSESSMENT
(For Personality Trait and Characteristics)
Candidates for promotion shall be evaluated on the basis of certain traits and
characteristics which may be observed in a face-to-face interview.
Following are the traits, the maximum number of points for each trait, as well as
guide descriptive statements with suggested point ratings to help the rater:
