For each question, three responses are required:
Indicate the frequency with which this function is performed in this position.
Indicate how important this function is to the position.
Indicate whether knowledge of this function is essential for a newly hired employee in this
position.

0=Never 0=Not applicable 0=Not required for job
1=Rarely 1=Not important 1=Essential for newly hired employee
2=Sometimes 2=Somewhat important 2=Not essential at hire, can be learned on the job
3=Often 3=Important
4=Very Often 4=Very Important
Typing:
1. Type /keyboard inventory reports or budget reports.
2. Proofread for spelling, grammar, and punctuation on all correspondence and reports.
3. Type /keyboard or edit manuscripts or drafts for supervisor.
