Performance Evaluation Review














                     Raters must review the evaluation with the employee.


                     Employees should be given advance notice of when the review is

                         scheduled so that they can prepare and bring relevant

                         documentation.


                     Employee self evaluation


                     The review conversation should focus on:



                            Specific job related tasks, responsibilities or behaviors


                            Be impersonal — stay focused on job performance standards and
                                responsibilities


                            Be goal-oriented


                            Ensure understanding
