Performance Evaluation Review
Raters must review the evaluation with the employee.
Employees should be given advance notice of when the review is
scheduled so that they can prepare and bring relevant
documentation.
Employee self evaluation
The review conversation should focus on:
Specific job related tasks, responsibilities or behaviors
Be impersonal — stay focused on job performance standards and
responsibilities
Be goal-oriented
Ensure understanding
