                          1. Double-click REVIEW/EDIT/APPROVE ADD ON ORDER.
                          2. Click Review Add On Order.
                          3. Review the order; then click the Close button.
                          4. Click Edit Add On Order.

                          5. Make edits to the order as necessary.
                          6. When all required edits are complete, click Save & Close. A message displays, asking if
you have confirmed if the order contains wound care orders.
                          7. Click Yes.
Note: Hold Add on Order for Additional Clinical Review allows the scheduler to begin
scheduling visits for the first week of the patient’s episode while you finish reviewing
the order later. Decline Add On Order declines the order altogether. Cancel closes the
task while leaving it on your Workflow Console to complete later. Approve Add On
Order approves the order and adds it to the patient’s plan of care.

                          8. Click Approve Add On Order. If the 485 has not been approved yet, a message displays
asking if you would like to merge the add-on order and goal text with the 485 order.

                          9. Click the appropriate option. Another message displays, asking if you want to send the
                              add-on order to the physician.

                          10. Click the appropriate option.

Note: You would not need to send the order to the physician if you were able to merge it with the 485
               order.

Note: Effective 2/2019, original CRM 5-step review process adjusted to include selecting Bypass at end
of Step 1. (Refer to PP slide Bypass Function for details)
