Note: If you make changes to the OASIS, you must put the order on hold so the clinician
can review and accept/decline your changes.

23. If no changes are needed, click Close.
24. Click View Home Health Case Mix Details and Insight Report.
25. Review the report; then click the Close button.
26. Click Home Health Utilization Summary.
27. Review the information; then click Close.
28. Click Approved for Coding Review.
Note: If you made changes to the OASIS, click Hold 485 for Additional Clinical Review so
that the clinician can review and accept/decline your changes.

C.(Step 3) Review/Edit/Approve Held 485 Order (Review OASIS and SHP at this step)

From the Patient Related Tasks tab in the Workflow Console:

1. Double-click REVIEW/EDIT/APPROVE HELD 485 ORDER.
Note: The items on the left are for optional additional review if needed. The items on the
right are required to be completed before you can stage complete the task, with the
exception of the View Home Health Case Mix Details and Insight Report and Home Health
Utilization Summary Report. Review OASIS and SHP at this step, Update calendar as
needed, Merge Add on orders

2. Click Edit 485 Order.
3. Review each tab of the order and make changes as needed.
4. Click Save & Close. A message displays, asking if you have confirmed whether the order
contains wound care orders.
5. Click Yes.
6. If there are wound care orders, review the wound information and make changes as
needed, or click No Changes Needed.
7. Click Review 485 Order.
8. Review the order; then click the Close button.
9. Click Review/Edit OASIS.
10. Review the OASIS questions and make changes as needed.
