53. Click Edit/View HHCAHPS Survey Data. The Edit Referral opens to the Home Health Care
Survey tab.
54. Review and complete the survey as directed by your agency; then click Save & Close.
You return to the task window.
55. Click Stage Completed.
* AUTHORIZATION-DRIVEN PAYORS : Referral goes to RCD or Pop Health for additional Auths.
B. (Step 2) Review/Edit/Approve 485 Order (Put 485 on Hold to release schedule
and review OASIS)
From the Patient Related Tasks tab in the Workflow Console:
1. Double-click REVIEW/EDIT/APPROVE 485 ORDER.
2. Click Review 485 Order.
3. Review the entire order to determine if changes are necessary; then click the
Close button.
4. Click Edit 485 Order.
5. Review the General Info tab and make changes as needed.
Note: Edit the different fields using a drop-down menu, Calendar icon, free text, or the
Select Text button.
6. Click the Order Text tab to review the order text.
**Note: It is recommended that you do not add goals or orders at this stage. You need to add the
corresponding problem statement before you can add interventions.
7. Click the Goal Text tab to review the goal text.
8. Click the Allergies tab. To add an allergy:
a. Click Add.
b. Click the appropriate allergy.
c. Click Select & Close.
9. Use the same steps to add Functional Limitations, Activities Permitted, and Mental
Statuses as needed.
10. Click the Medications tab. To add a medication:
a. Click Add.
b. Click the Magnifying Glass icon in the Drug Name field. The Medication-Table
Lookup window displays.
c. Enter the medication name in the Search For field; then click the Magnifying Glass
icon. Note: If your agency has not purchased FDB Medications then you would free
text in all the medication information
