based on the number of employees and groups
of staff needed to fulfill operating needs at any
time.

Tiebreakers:

►UFT – seniority by Region/Program
►1199 – seniority by Team or Department for Job Title
►MAP – management discretion

Time Off for Medical Appts

Medical appointments:

►Employees should be asked to schedule appointments
at the beginning or end of their work day.

►Requests must be submitted in advance.

1199/UFT ONLY: Employees may use one sick
day, per incident, to care for a sick family
member who lives in your household.
