The Leave Process
Employees who are Should take the following steps
absent
• Call manager each day absent
1–3 work days
• No documentation is required to return to work
• Call manager each day absent
• Documentation from health care provider supporting
absence is required to be submitted to Employee Health
4–5 work days
Services on or before return to work
• Once return is cleared by Employee Health Services,
report directly to regular place of work
