Introduction

While there are many success stories of people
launching products or services using traditional
methods and social media, we do not hear so
extensively about the failures. The general rate of new

products failing to take off is in the region of 75 percent.
This number varies, of course, depending upon a
person's concept and opinion of what counts as success.

People generally do not want to read about flops. As far
as I am aware failure is not listed on any hierarchy of
needs. Everybody wants to succeed in one way or
another; perhaps this is why failure stories are shared so

much less. But this is a big mistake. From the moment
we are born, we learn through hearing, seeing and
actually doing. So why should failure be any different?

Cutting through the constant deluge of information we
have at our fingertips has become more difficult and will
worsen in the future without controls in place.
Inevitably, to be able to hear, see and "do" accurately,
