years is accepted now more than ever. Nobody wants to
lose their job, but with the rise of artificial intelligence
replacing the transactional elements, more current
functions will be lost, and we will all have to reinvent

The probability of a huge part of your skillset being
outdated is high, just like that of most people. This has
generated a constant demand for people to upskill and
keep on learning. Social media has also created an
abundance of people aspiring to become "Gig"
entrepreneurs in some way or another and upskill

accordingly.

Society is now taking work-life balances more seriously,
and companies are also waking up to this idea by
offering more flexible and personal choices.

Individuals reaching midlife and with a previously
employed skillset are now rapidly being required to
upskill. They, too, will need to consider the reality of
