Logo – make sure the design of your logo works across
all social media platforms as there are different fonts for
web and print options. Your logo is always the first thing
everyone will see so make that first impression a good
and lasting one. Remember that the logo must work on
mobile and desktop applications.
Colours – colours have a psychological effect on a
viewer, so make sure that the colours you use from a
colour palette reflect the feeling that you want people to
have and that the colours even help to describe your
brand. You can either use your own favourite colours or
ask a professional for advice.
Colours communicate to the mind, emotion and body
and should have an equal balance between each. Red,
yellow, green and blue are the four primary colours and
then further broken down into eleven possible basic
colours - brown, white, black, grey, red, orange, yellow,
green, blue, pink and violet.
Voice – be mindful of the written tone of your voice. This
is all determined by the content and the style you use in
