              ]36[   The [proper] time to daven  neilah  is when the sun is visible above the
              trees, so that he will finish it with tzeis ha’kochavim. Nowadays the custom is to
              continue into the night, but one must be sure to begin while it is still day, and
              also say the section  הנפיו אבי שמשה  .הנפי םויה   (the day clears away; the sun sets
              and clears away) before the sun sets, for otherwise, he speaks falsehood.   77


              ]37[   If [Yom Kippur] is on Shabbos, one must mention Shabbos [in davening]. If

              Shabbos is not mentioned. However, since the  chazan says “atah  nosein” in his
              repetition, he mentions [Shabbos] in “atah nosein” but if he didn’t, he need not
