                            I listen to positive affirmations as I sleep

                           I am in a relationship with a younger man for the past 7 years
                                                                                                                                                     I do not go out without Lipstick, earrings, and my African bangle bracelets. I put it on in the mornings after I am

                           I practice gratitude daily

                                                                                                                                                     I walk every day at least 20 minutes, I hug trees, walk barefooted, and I love walking in the rain…
                           I journal                                                                                                                 I become a kid again and, in those moments, I sing, jump and play.
