                  I do not go out without Lipstick, earrings, and my African bangle bracelets. I put it on in the mornings after I am

                  I wear bright colored  clothing whether summer or winter that reflect positive upbeat energy.
 I take cold showers after I brush my Body

 I take an organic multivitamin daily
                  I also lift light hand weights daily: 3lbs. , 5lbs , 8lbs, 10lbs, and 18lbs.
 I practice gratitude daily

                  I walk every day at least 20 minutes, I hug trees, walk barefooted, and I love walking in the rain…
 I journal        I become a kid again and, in those moments, I sing, jump and play.
