Give the Credit Away

The concept here is quite simple: when credit is due someone else, give it
to them.

When the actual credit is shared, give it to the other person! Again and
again, give the credit for success to someone else.

When you give the credit away, two things happen.

First of all, the proper credit ALWAYS comes home. Doesn’t make any
difference who claims it, it always becomes obvious who should get the
credit.

So what difference does giving it away make?

By giving the credit away, other people are drawn to share with you….and
willing to ask you to aid in the development of ideas and strategies
because they know you won’t be grabbing all the glory. This will expose
you to many more opportunities and new ideas than ever before.
