What Goes Around Comes Around

                   Here are a couple more simple communication rules for business:

                       •  The way you treat your employees is the way they will treat your
                          customers.

                       •  The way you communicate with your employees today is the way
                          they will communicate with their employees tomorrow.

                       If you think this puts a lot of responsibility on you, the supervisor, you
                       are exactly right.

                       This is where many companies fail at endeavors to improve “corporate
                       communication.”  They talk the talk, but they don’ walk the walk.

                       And that doesn’t go very far.
