Speaking to Groups

One of the most important skills that a business person should develop
is that of speaking before groups.

Some people have a natural knack for public speaking. Others dread it
fearfully. Virtually all surveys of “greatest fear” place public speaking at
or near the top of the list.

Remembering a few key points can help us become world-class
speakers in presentations before groups of people, whether it’s a group
of three or three thousand. And while this topic deserves a book of its
own, I will cover some of the most important points to remember.
