Abstract
Entrepreneurship has appeared as one of the crucial subject and learning elements in many
universities nowadays. It is part of the university strategy to inaugurate entrepreneurship education
among universities students to develop and enhance potential entrepreneurs. An in-depth
understanding of what influence students to become successful entrepreneurs is strongly needed to
build effective entrepreneurship modules. A limited investigation had been done with regards to
educators perspectives towards their perceptions on entrepreneurship education among students. This
article approached twelve (12) educators from the Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management, UiTM
Terengganu campus. Findings discovered that three (3) themes were derived comprised of
entrepreneurship skills, market sensitivity and entrepreneurship thinking. These findings would serve
as a foundation for students to build and polish their entrepreneurship skills. Furthermore, it also
contributes to the significant value of strategies that universities can implement for a successful
Entrepreneurship Management among students, integrating best practices embedding entrepreneurship
skills, market sensitivity and entrepreneurship thinking in enhancing their intention.
Recommendations and future research are made based on the findings of the study.

Introduction
Entrepreneurship Education (EE) has developed over the past decades in several levels of education
institutions be it university, secondary or even primary school (Adnan, Yusoff & Ghazali, 2018;
Fayolle, 2018; Neck & Greene, 2011). In addition, Hattab (2014) stressed that entrepreneurship
education is an important element in education covering undergraduate and postgraduate training
programs. It has also inviting many academicians and researchers to explore the topic further and
gaining popularity among educators, instructors and all the people engaged in entrepreneurship
education (Adnan et al, 2018; Neck et all, 2011 Shamsudin, Ishak, Othman & Rahman, 2019). The
initiatives of introducing entrepreneurship education had been done by the government as
entrepreneurship education has huge potential to create job employment for future graduates as well
as contributing to the country economy. Few entrepreneurial programs and mechanisms that cater for
the advancement of entrepreneurship activity had been introduced to promote more people, in
particular students at universities, to become entrepreneurs. Starting from the year 2010, the
government has undertaken a program jointly organized by the National Entrepreneurship Institute
(INSKEN), a total of 61,000 participants have benefited from the program. Moreover, policies to
enhance the entrepreneurship education programs in universities had been implemented with the focus
to produce graduates equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset besides nurturing entrepreneurial
academics and researchers. This policy is crucial as part of the current trend for many countries to
foster entrepreneurship culture through university education and training. Adnan et al (2018)
highlighted that it has been proven where entrepreneurial activities can be disseminated through
entrepreneurship education. In general, this Entrepreneurship Development Policy consists of several
