About This Book
I decided to write this book to help more people retire and be in
“Group One.” I would like to lay out a roadmap for those who are
assisted
currently retired or are approaching retirement, so that those
who follow my advice can enjoy their lives instead of worrying
about money. I love my job because I’ve helped hundreds
of people enjoy their retirement by helping them become
financially independent. That’s a great feeling. I frequently
think of Zig Ziglar’s philosophy, that you can get what you want
out of life if you help enough other people get what they want
out of life. I’ve helped many people, and I’ve made a nice living

Throughout my career I have heard about, read about,
studied, or practiced almost every method of investing and
retirement planning that exists. There is virtually no investment,
no investment strategy, method of wealth creation, income
generation, or asset preservation that I’m not familiar with. My
investment philosophy is not limited by a lack of knowledge or
experience.
