Case Rationale
This case study, BrewDog, is a teaching case providing some
help and interpretation of the information provided in the
light of the course theory being taught. It explores a
complex situation covering the growth and development of
a start-up enterprise and the roles played by the
founders/entrepreneurs who have grown the company to
be the UK’s no.1 craft beer seller through idiosyncratic
marketing and unique sustained financing through
crowdfunding.
