First AGM for Equity Punk shareholders in Aberdeen in

               New brewery build started.



               Equity for Punks II, launched raising over £2.2m to help to
               grow business. Over 5,000 new shareholders attracted.

               The main brewing moved from Fraserburgh to new state of
               the art brewery in nearby Ellon.


               Revenues grew by 95%


               BrewDog’s products were available in over 27 countries

               65% of its sales (2011) came from outside the U.K.


               Awarded the Fastest Growing Company in Scotland


               Listed in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as the fastest


               growing food and drink company in the UK.

               Six new BrewDog bars opened across the UK, with a new


               London flagship in Shoreditch.
