Milner had over twenty years’ experience in the food industry, having
               held multinational roles in a variety of areas from senior marketing and

               general management to strategy and acquisitions.

               Prior to joining Tyrrells, Milner was commercial director of Baxters Soup.

               He is credited with leading Baxters' brand revamp in August 2009. He
               also headed up Kettle Chips’ Australian arm.



               MILNER’s STRATEGY:



                When Milner joined Tyrrells he had a three pronged strategy in mind:


                   1.  to get Tyrrells into all UK supermarkets
                   2.  to build on his experience with the likes of Baxters and seek new
                       international opportunities and
                   3.  to innovate e.g. develop premium snacks























               THE MARKETS

               Milner told his staff to concentrate on other growth opportunities and he
               would take on Tesco as a personal project.
