Thus, Kirin’s redefined business domains (See Appendix 7) were
geared to work to establish and foster new businesses
bridging Pharmaceuticals and Food & Beverages utilizing the
organizational capabilities and resources accumulated in its

to integrate it
with the new
medium-term
