tourists (tourism related) along with their
sustainability values need to be addressed to
influence the tourist‘s purchase behavior. The
‗environmental info disclosure quality‘ is
found to positively impact the corporate
reputation, builds credibility among
stakeholders and leads to sustainable growth
of the company following such practices due
to the competitive advantage provided.
Thus following sustainable practices and
communicating the same to the customers will
lead to enhanced corporate performance.
Marketing of the sustainable tourism
destination if used strategically can encourage
more tourists to visit the destination and at the
same time persuade them to perform
sustainability practices at the destination. This
marketing needs to be done not only on-site
but off-site as well in the form of info about
the practices being followed so that it leads to
