etc., can all educate, influence, and ensure that
the tourists behave responsibly.
The development of sustainable destination
needs to be communicated to the global
audience for awareness and influence on their
choice of holiday destination. Once at the
destination the visible performance of
sustainable practices and the education of the
same to the tourists are bound to influence the
tourists to behave responsibly. After their
return from the destination it is suggested that
a feedback be provided by the hospitality firms
about how their sustainable behavior impacted
the planet. This will enhance the holiday
satisfaction, increase loyalty towards choice of
sustainable holiday destination and lead to
positive word of mouth.
