these resources are non-renewable. Reduction
in the non-renewable resources would shorten
their supply and hence the cost would increase
thereby leading towards reduced sustainability.
This reduced sustainability is not just based on
achieving profits but it is also about the
availability of the resources without which the
manufacturing of the service experience
cannot take place.
Munjal and Tripathi (2012) discussed in the
Indian context, which being a developing
country, on achieving sustainability of the
heritage resources in terms of economic,
socio-cultural and environmental aspects.
Since the economic sustainability, which
includes financial sustainability, precedes all
other types of sustainability will help in
achieving other types of sustainability by way
of investments. However, most organizations
do not tend to move ahead further from the
economic sustainability and look forward
towards achieving sustainability in terms of
the environmental aspects. However, still
many research works have been conducted on
the ecological sustainability apart from the
