United Methodist Family Services “UMFS” has requested we collect information from several
brokerage firms in hopes of selecting one to assist in marketing the property for sale.
7 Hills Advisors “7 Hills” will act as advisor, help oversee and manage any future transaction for
ownership, and participate in the fee with the listing broker. We will rely on your team for the
marketing of the property, market feedback and solicitations of and analysis of offers.

Current plan is to review responses, evaluate sale impact(s) to UMFS. If decision is made to

a. Mike Marshall – Managing Director, Investment Sales
i. Mike joined Northmarq in August 2020 as managing director, Richmond, to
continue building the company’s multifamily investment sales platform across the
country. He brings over 30 years of commercial and multifamily experience and is
currently responsible for managing and growing the sales activity in the Virginia
market, where he has completed more than 200 transactions with a combined
value in excess of $7 billion.
b. Wink Ewing – Managing Director, Investment Sales
i. Wink joined Northmarq in August 2020 as managing director, Richmond, to
continue building the company’s multifamily investment sales platform across the
country. With more than 18 years of experience and more than $4 billion in
transactions, he has cultivated many long-lasting relationships across the Mid-
Atlantic markets.
