As a consultant to the Arlington Heights Park District, FGM provided interior design services,
furniture & furnishings selection and merchandising assistance for the newly renovated Arlington
Lakes Golf Clubhouse. Improving rental appeal for a dated banquet facility was accomplished
on a low budget through the use of modern finishes and lighting solutions.

Heritage Tennis Facility Interiors

Providing interior design services to the Arlington Heights Park District for an addition and
renovation of the Heritage Tennis Facility, FGM assisted in increasing memberships to this
revenue facility. This much needed improvement to the facility is highlighted by a membership
control desk which duals as a merchandising center, a member lobby, thoroughly modernized
locker rooms facilities and a rental room which has made Heritage the talk of the local tennis
circuit.
