Selain mengalami penambahan melalui proses rekrutmen, jumlah karyawan PAM JAYA mengalami pengurangan karena adanya karyawan
yang meninggalkan Perusahaan dengan alasan yang dibenarkan regulasi ketenagakerjaan. Sepanjang tahun 2024, jumlah karyawan yang
meninggalkan Perseroan mencapai 162 orang, turun dibandingkan tahun 2023, yang tercatat sebanyak 167 orang. Komposisi karyawan yang
meninggalkan PAM JAYA berdasarkan jenis kelamin, kelompok usia, dan pendidikan selengkapnya disampaikan dalam tabel-tabel berikut:
As well as increases through the recruitment process, the number of PAM JAYA employees also decreases due to employees leaving the
Company for reasons justified by employment regulations. During 2024, 162 employees left the Company, a decrease compared to 167
people in 2023. PAM JAYA’s employees who left based on gender, age group, and education level can be seen in the following tables:
