               Flexible  Work  Arrangements  should  be  promoted  as  open  to  everyone,  not  just  working

               mothers.  Mindset  change  with  family  responsibilities  should  be  seen  as  shared  equally
               between  spouses.  Changing  the  way,  we  must  communicate  the  message  to  emphasize

               shared responsibility, not just helping women.

               Soalan 3:

               Dr. Chong mentioned grants for childcare centers. Can you elaborate on what kind of

               grants are available?

               TalentCorp Initiative provides grants to companies to help set up childcare facilities within their

               premises. Companies can partner with childcare facilities where staff can send their kids. A
               recent example in Penang involves a company that adopted this grant to benefit its employees.

               Adakah terdapat kajian berkaitan dengan ibu bapa yang mempunyai anak istimewa,
               seperti  yang  mempunyai  ADHD  atau  autisme?  Bilangan  anak-anak  seperti  ini  di

               Selangor semakin meningkat, dan kami mempunyai program seperti Anak Istimewa
               Selangor (ANIS). Bolehkah Dr. Chong berikan sedikit maklumat mengenai ini?
