Learning for Life (Fulfilment)
1. The children should know the scientific characteristics of being alive, and
appreciate how life forms relate and depend on one another.
2. The children should know that all life flows from, and is sustained by, our
Creator God.
3. The children should know that human life is to be valued above other life
forms, and that God has given us a spirit that we might know him as Father
God. It is in relation to him that our lives are full and make sense.
4. The children should be more aware of the wonder and beauty of living things
and to appreciate and give praise to the Author of Life.
5. The children should respect life forms and realise how they may fulfil their
God-given role in stewarding the earth and ensuring that succeeding
generations can enjoy and benefit from it.
