1. Tentative, but advisor may attend the training today

1. Clint or Amada are the people to contact to confirm
e. Titan will start filling out registration
f. Have over 80 students responded with Tiyan will come up to 100
g. Kickoff on this Saturday
XVII. Podcast
a. By Friday, there will be a podcast
b. The podcast will be weekly topics and have people that specialize in the area
c. Content will be between a podcast and YouTube channel
d. Invite alumni and/or former students
e. Want the podcast to be more than for the program but the programs like “More than
Money”
XVIII. Finance Committee
a. Sent out the Financial Guidelines
b. Follow up when Lee meets with Jason
XIX. Executive Director Report
a. Reiterated the company program report
b. Training: GTA will not be able to attend and alternative offered
a. Next Wednesday 4pm for the make up
c. Payless
a. Cannot mentor, but may be willing to make donation
b. They want to where the money is going
c. There are options for where we can spend the possible money donated by
specific donors, if they want to know what they are supporting
d. Maybe packaging what we need money for and present to Payless and have
them decide which to support
e. Possibly to purchase WIFI for the kids
f. Pinki will be writing a letter to Payless for possible donation and what will be
supported
d. GEDA application has been submitted
