8 Reviews
A position review will take place at the conclusion of the three-month probation period, then subject to
the offer of permanent employment, at 12 monthly interviews thereafter.
At the commencement of each year, a number of mutually agreed performance indicators will be
established.
These performance indicators, assessed at the conclusion of each and every year, will be used as a
primary measure of performance and achievement of personal and Organizational goals.
Each member of GNOC staff may have a performance review conducted with the Secretary General or
Executive Director once a year, or more often if performance is deemed to be borderline or
unsatisfactory.
The purpose of the review is to discuss your work output and standard and obtain feedback on your
overall performance.
You may be congratulated for work well done, asked to consider areas where you believe you could
improve, and in some instances may be asked to lift standards in certain areas.
Performance reviews are also opportunities to provide feedback on how you feel you are progressing
with your work at GNOC and to bring up any issues or ideas you have on workplace or personal
productivity.
The individual’s key performance indicators will be related to the GNOC strategic plan in force at the
time.
