42 Security

                   42.1 Office Security

The GNOC Offices are open from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Staff members who require access to the GNOC building outside of these hours will need to notify the
                   Executive Director prior to entry.

All employees have a set of keys and remote control to enter the office and it is the responsibility of the
employee to secure these keys and remote control.

Any staff member misplacing their keys or remote control will need to make appropriate arrangements
to attain a new set at their personal expense.

In the event of emergency access being required, staff should call the Executive Director on the mobile
number provided upon commencement with GNOC.

All access doors must be locked at all times and visitors screened before entry is permitted.

At the close of each work day, the last employee leaving the office premises must secure all doors and
                   set the security alarm.

                   42.2 Mobile Phone Security

As a precaution business mobile numbers are not disclosed to members of the public.

Should a request for this information be received, staff members are requested to attain details of the
person requesting this information and passing this information on to the appropriate GNOC officer
or staff member to make contact, if appropriate.
